The main reason is that the extrusion speed of the intermediate mud is fast. The middle core head of the core tool can be extended or a mud blocking pipe can be installed on the core rod behind the core head to reduce the amount of mud entering the middle. You can also increase the curvature of the four corners of the feeding end at the machine inlet and increase the amount of mud entering the surrounding area. Similarly, if the mud stick is concave in the middle, it increases the amount of mud entering the middle and reduces the amount of mud entering the surrounding area. Mud bar bending refers to the bending of the mud bar towards one side when it comes out of the hollow brick machine mouth. The longitudinal cracks on the top surface of the mud bar are mainly caused by poor secondary bonding of the mud material. The end of the large blade of the core tool should have a reasonable length from the outlet plane of the machine mouth, which should be extended with the increase of the net mud output of the mouth. The deformation of the mud bar hole is due to the shrinkage of the hole, which may be due to severe wear of the core head or excessive indentation of the machine mouth. It should be replaced or adjusted. The second is the displacement of the hole, which may be due to the core rod being skewed or too thin. The core rod should be adjusted or replaced. The third is that some holes bloom in the middle and roll out in all directions. The reason is that the flat surface of the large head of the core exceeds the flat surface of the mud outlet of the machine, so the core head should be pressed in a bit with a nut. The fourth reason is the collapse and deformation of the hole, which is because the mud is too soft and the formed moisture should be adjusted.
